Do you need to upgrade your existing headset to include Westone compatibility? We service non-Dalcomm headsets too!
The following instructions tell you how to make that happen.
- Firstly, we need to know what headset you have that you’d like us to work on. Please call us at 800-593-6501 or Email service@dalcommtech.com with your request. Please note that we are not currently modifying helmets at this time. We are equipped to service Dave Clark style headsets primarily, but will discuss additional custom work on a case by case basis. Fees are determined on a case by case basis as well but typically are about $50-$75 per headset.
- Send the headset and Westone cable with earplug to the shop that we direct you to send it to. We have several repair shops worldwide meaning you’ll be able to get work done with minimized shipping charges and time delays.
- We modify the headset and ship it back to you. It’s that simple. Typical turn around time is one to two weeks for service.
