Free Shipping for Domestic Orders

Dalcomm Tech is proud to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

All of our items are shipped from within the United States.

Delivery times for the continental US on average is 2 to 6 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items ships from our facility. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order and prepare your items for shipment.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Dalcomm will not replace the order or issue a refund.

International Shipping

International shipping outside United States can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. (Due to COVID19, international shipping times have extended and can take up to an additional 2 weeks for delivery)

Dalcomm will not be responsible for any customs fee charges for any international orders. It is up to customer to pay any fees that their country may charge.

Once you place your order, we will begin processing your items immediately. If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at sales@dalcommtech.com However, we can not guarantee that your order will be canceled.

Due to the automation of fulfilling orders, we can not always stop your order from being shipped out.
